All menus can now be navigated with the mouse.

Left click at any time in a run to switch to mouse controls. Player moves towards mouse, left click to drop mine, right click to dash.

All power up and heart drop now move towards the player when within a certain range

Heart drops now have a despawn time

Fixed minor issue with the score gained from killing enemies in certain situations
